GOV. CERILLES AS RDC IX CHAIR. Gov. Aurora E. Cerilles during her oath of office as RDC Chairperson for Region IX during the joint RDC/RPOC meeting last February 18. The RDC, in that meeting, approved the conversion into secondary national roads in Zamboanga del Sur.

Northern Samar Governor Raul Daza congratulates Cesar Meno, a heavy mechanic operator, and Oscar Calimlim (second from left), an auto electrician, for qualifying to a two-year overseas employment in Saudi Arabia. Daza facilitated the employment of Meno and Calimlim through the Northern Samar Public Employment Service Office which conducts both overseas and domestic job placements.
