GOV. CERILLES AS RDC IX CHAIR. Gov. Aurora E. Cerilles during her oath of office as RDC Chairperson for Region IX during the joint RDC/RPOC meeting last February 18. The RDC, in that meeting, approved the conversion into secondary national roads in Zamboanga del Sur.

JOB PLACEMENT. Northern Samar Governor Raul Daza congratulates Cesar Meno, a heavy mechanic operator, and Oscar Calimlim (second from left), an auto electrician, for qualifying to a two-year overseas employment in Saudi Arabia. Daza facilitated the employment of Meno and Calimlim through the Northern Samar Public Employment Service Office which conducts both overseas and domestic job placements.
