Governor Carlos Jericho Petilla personally attended for the first time the province-wide pro-poor health program Inter-Community Operation Tambulig (ICOT) Caravan held in Tabon-tabon, Leyte on January 11, 2008. Hands-on Governor. Davao del Norte Governor Rodolfo Del Rosario personally attends to the concerns and needs of his constituents during the People’s Day (January 21, 2008) at the Bulwagang Panlalawigan.
