PGMA IN LAGUNA. President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo is all smiles as she inspects the facilities of the Flexible Fuel Vehicle (FFV) Engine Plant of the Ford Motor Company Philippines following its inauguration at Greenfield Automotive Park-Special Economic Zone in Sta. Rosa City, Laguna last June 14.
