PGMA IN LIGAO CITY, ALBAY — President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo leads the laying of the time capsule during the grounbreaking of the P328-million Ligao-Pio Duran Road project Friday (March 17) in Ligao City, Albay. The road project connects Legazpi City and Ligao City and the coastal town of Pio Duran. The President flew to Ligao City to personally check the administration’s programs and projects there.
