PGMA IN LIGAO CITY, ALBAY — President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo leads the laying of the time capsule during the grounbreaking of the P328-million Ligao-Pio Duran Road project Friday (March 17) in Ligao City, Albay. The road project connects Legazpi City and Ligao City and the coastal town of Pio Duran. The President flew to Ligao City to personally check the administration’s programs and projects there. FOR THE RELOCATION SITE PROJECT. President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo and Vice-Pres. Noli de Castro are joined by Laguna Gov. Teresita “Ningning” S. Lazaro in answering some of their constituents’ questions during the recent dialogue with the beneficiaries of the Sunrise Relocation Site project at Brgy. Marinig (North) in Cabuyao, Laguna.
