2007-001 Designation Gov. Loreto Leo S. Ocampos, National President, or Gov. Luis Raymund F. Villafuerte Jr., National Chairman, as the principal signatories, and Gov. Casimiro A. Ynares III, Treasurer, or Gov. Ben P. Evardone, Secretary-General as the counter-signatories, for purposes of withdrawing by checks from the current account of the League of Provinces of the Philippines in Banco de Oro and for other relevant transactions

2007-003 Supporting Her Excellency President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo for signing the Japan-Philippines Economic Partnership Agreement (JPEPA), and urging the Philippine Senate to immediately ratify said bilateral agreement

2007-004 Calling for multi-lateral dialogues between the concerned agencies and other local government units (LGUS), and forging a united action to request President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo to cause the release of the sum of P19.9 billion, which is an amount payable to local government units representing unpaid internal revenue allotment (IRA) due to the re-enactment of the 2001 and 2003 General Appropriation Acts (GAAs), and a portion of the Local Government Service Equalization Fund (LGSEF) which was not released in accordance with the 1987 Constitution, the Local Government Code of 1991 and landmark Supreme Court decisions

2007-005 Endorsing the appointment of PNP Deputy Director-General Avelino Razon, Jr. as the next PNP Director General

2007-006 Fully supporting Bulacan’s demand for the upholding of its autonomy and authority in the selection of its PNP Provincial Director, and urging that the Philippine National Police (PNP) uphold the letter and spirit of the PNP Law and the Local Government Code

2007-007 Supporting the land administration reform agenda of the DENR through the enactment of the proposed Land Administration And Reform Act (LARA) bill and the amendment of the Public Land Act (CA No. 141) on free patent to rationalize, accelerate and streamline land administration and management in the Philippines

2007-008 Respectfully requesting Her Excellency President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo to amend Executive Order (EO) No. 469 creating the Minerals Development Council (MDC) to include the representation and participation of local government units (LGUs)

2007-009 Approving the proposed General Action Plan (GAP), and requesting President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo for assistance to help fund this capability-building program in the amount of P20 million per year

2007-010 Supporting the deferment of the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) and barangay elections scheduled on October 29, 2007 to May 2008

2007-011 Resolution enjoining all provinces to conduct alliance building activities to effectively address local developmental concerns

2007-012 Declaring full support for the priority programs of the Department of Agriculture that are intended to eradicate poverty in the countryside and propel Philippine agriculture to a sustained and high growth path

2007-013 Urging the Senate to seriously reconsider its inquiry into the “Hello, Garci” controversy and focus its attention instead on the executive-legislative priority agenda to help propel the Philippines to first-world status by 2020

2007-014 Endorsing the immediate enactment of proposed House Bill No. 1607 which seeks to grant provinces a share in the proceeds of real property taxes imposed by component cities

2007-015 Urging all provinces to conduct performance evaluation and assessment of national governments agencies (NGAs), and heads of agencies and other bureaus to enhance public service and ensure excellence in governance
